Self-Directed Financial Management Services
Fiscal/Employer Agent Services
Fiscal/Employer Agent (F/EA) services provide you with the greatest amount of flexibility, control, and responsibility.
You choose and manage your caregivers. Training your caregivers is a shared responsibility. Your personal care budget is determined by the services you are authorized to receive. You are the employer of record.
We take care of payroll tasks like withholding taxes and distributing paychecks to your caregivers. We also assist with skills training and help you manage your personal care budget.
Available in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, New Mexico, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
Agency with Choice Services
Agency with Choice or Co-Employment services have more shared responsibilities than F/EA services.
You choose and manage your caregivers. Training your caregivers is a shared responsibility. Your personal care budget is determined by the services you are authorized to receive.
We are your caregivers’ employer of record, so we set their wages. We take care of payroll tasks like withholding taxes and distributing paychecks to your caregivers.
Available in Alaska, Arizona, Montana, Nevada, South Dakota, Washington, and Wisconsin.
Goods and Services Payments
These are also known as vendor payments.
You choose how to use your budgeted funds to purchase goods and services that help you stay in your home and community.
We make payments on your behalf for the goods and services you need, like home modifications or other purchases. We ensure goods and services payments meet program requirements and do not exceed budget limits.
Available in Idaho, Tennessee, Texas, and Wisconsin.
